The Creator Marketing team’s vision is to strategically and creatively attract and retain a diverse population of quality Creators (influencers & publishers) at scale. We scale proven marketing strategies across the Creator community, covering the full funnel of attracting, retaining, and educating. Using existing and new communication mechanisms, segmentation, and data, we engage and educate Creators, collect Voice of the Creator feedback and translate learnings to product partners. We strive to empower and inspire creators with content, education, and support they need to be successful through our scaled Creator Education function, and develop mechanisms to promote community among influencers to be inspired by their peers and share best practices.

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, results-oriented marketer to drive a 360 education strategy for Creators. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and business development teams to equip and empower creators with the information and tools they need to be successful in our program. You will lead the education roadmap, drive strategy (content and CX) for our scaled education hub (Creator University), explore new education channels and formats, and integrate education at critical points in a Creator’s lifecycle. You will concept and lead webinars and interactive office hours (must be comfortable on camera). You will concept, spearhead, and launch our net-new education ambassador program. This role will drive international parity and scale education across international marketplaces, and work closely with internal and external operational agencies to create a best-in-class Creator experience.

• Create and drive the Creator education roadmap, identifying key moments and formats for educational content
• Up level 360 education strategy, focusing on existing and new channels to reach creators with the most effective content
• Own education content across all platforms and marketing materials such as on social media and at physical events
• Optimize education content to drive broader program KPIs
• Define how best to measure impact of education efforts, and own reporting into regular forums (ie WBR, event recaps, etc.)
• Lead international parity for Creator U (education hub) to adapt and scale for 22 international marketplaces; liaising with international marketing lead to determine which locales should support which content
• Identify & drive improvements to creator education CX
• Manage & oversee operational agency to execute education UX
• Execute biweekly onboarding webinars (via Zoom) to offer new Creators a forum to learn 101 information and ask questions
• Plan, execute, and participate in virtual events (webinars)- *should be comfortable on camera

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
