NiSource in Indiana is looking for a Senior Project Manager for New Power Generation Construction. The Senior Project Manager – New Power Generation Construction is responsible for the safe, compliant, and successful execution of a major workstream within a single mega project or full life‑cycle ownership of a portfolio of multiple, complex capital projects. This role provides senior leadership across all phases of project delivery—initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout—applying advanced project management practices to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. The Senior Project Manager is accountable for strategic planning, governance, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, and performance optimization while leading cross‑functional teams and external partners. This position requires a high degree of independent judgment and serves as a primary point of accountability for project outcomes.
The role may require periodic field presence, including travel to construction sites, as needed to support project execution.

$113,500.00 - $170,300.00. The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, job‑related knowledge, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity.
