The Business Operations team helps guide and articulate technology strategy andresearch, andis responsible for driving the day‑to‑day operation of the Product & Technology organization,including:project and portfolio management and tracking; organization-level capital, space, and resource management and allocation;process management; technical incident management; and our administrative and workplace experience support team.
The Technology Planning & Operations team partners closely with Portfolio, Finance, Global Program Management (GPM), and Technology leadership to orchestrate essential business workflows across the organization. This includes resource capacity planning, financial setup, and delivery governance before, during, and after project execution.
Role Overview
The Senior Planning and Delivery Analyst – Product Solutions is a hands‑on, technical individual contributor responsible for designing, building, and supporting Airtable‑first solutions that power planning, delivery, and reporting workflows across the organization.
This role serves as a subject matter expert supporting the team’s Airtable ecosystem, contributing to solution design, development, and ongoing support. The position blends product thinking with technical execution—partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver scalable, integrated solutions that improve operational efficiency and data quality.
This role operates within established product and platform direction while independently executing on complex solution delivery. The role requires strong collaboration, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex operational needs into intuitive, maintainable tooling.
