Jacobs is seeking a Sr. Planner / Scheduler in Cincinnati, OH to join our team and drive complex project schedules. You will analyze CPM schedules, perform technical reviews, and deliver value through schedule improvements while maintaining client relations.
Ideal candidates have 8+ years of planning/scheduling experience, a related degree or equivalent, and be comfortable with a hybrid work model (two days in-office). You’ll support multi-disciplinary projects across sectors.

We are looking for a driven and curious Sr. Planner / Scheduler to become part of our talented team at Jacobs. As a key member of our Jacobs support team, you’ll be interacting with engineering and construction to understand and communicate issues and conflicts that impact Program schedules. To be successful in this role, you'll have the ability to work a Hybrid model coming in two days a week at our assigned Jacobs office nearest you. You’ll also analyze contractors’ CPM schedules, perform technical schedule reviews, variance reports, recommend workarounds and schedule improvements and perform both Technical Schedule Reviews and Time Impact Analyses. We’ll lean on you to serve as a scheduling subject matter expert for client interactions, representing Jacobs with professionalism and technical expertise. This role requires the ability to build, maintain, and enhance client relationships while delivering high-quality scheduling services and support. The base salary range for this position is $112,000.00 to $150,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
