Natera is seeking a Sr Phlebotomist in Union, NJ to identify the best method for retrieving blood, prepare specimens for laboratory testing, and perform screening procedures.
This on-site role requires at least 5 years of phlebotomy experience, a high school diploma (BS/BA preferred), and a phlebotomy certificate if state requirements apply; HIPAA training and PHI handling are expected. You will uphold quality control, document collections, and coordinate with nursing staff and physicians.
