Job summary

Aequor seeks a Sr. Pharmacovigilance (PV) Clinical Scientist for a 6+ month contract in a hybrid role based in South San Francisco, CA.

You will contribute to safety signal assessment, regulatory reporting, and PV compliance, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced biopharma environment. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of PV experience in biopharma, strong knowledge of FDA safety regulations and ICH guidelines, and proven medical writing and data handling skills.

Job Title: Sr. Pharmacovigilance (PV) Clinical Scientist

Working Model: Hybrid, South San Francsico, CA 94080

Duration: 6+ months contract

Working Days: Monday through Friday

Working Hours: 8 AM to 4:30 PM PT

Interview Format: Two Rounds (1. Hiring Manager [30 minutes]; 2. Upper Management [30 minutes])

Education, Experience, and Other Requirements:

• Health Care Professional degree (e.g., RN/BSN/MSN, NP, RPh/B Pharm/Pharm D, or MD) (Required)
• Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in a biopharma company with Pharmacovigilance responsibilities (Preferred); OR equivalent clinical experience with thorough understanding of FDA safety regulations, ICH guidelines, and other applicable regulatory guidance documents, global PV regulatory environment, EMA regulations (Required)
• Writing experience; science/medical writing (Required)
• Computer proficiency and Data entry experience (Required)
• Project Management (Required)
