Clinical Pharmacist - Nights 7 on 7 off
Salary and Bonus: This position is eligible for $5,000 sign-on bonus
The Senior Pharmacist is responsible for processing medication orders entered in provider-order-entry (and written) by the prescribers, for promptly and accurately providing medications for administration to patients, and for supplying pertinent, timely, and accurate information to health care workers and patients for the safe and effective use of medications. The Senior Pharmacist is also responsible for representing the Pharmacy on key programs, such as nutrition support, the Safety Committee, etc. This includes acting as a liaison, serving on committees as appropriate, recommending policies and procedures, and reviewing drug and supply requirements for that program.
