ChristianaCare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse and healthcare leader to join our Accreditation team as a Senior Performance Improvement Program Manager - RN. This opportunity may be particularly attractive to an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager, Nurse Manager, RN Quality/Patient Safety professional, or clinical performance improvement leader who wants to broaden their impact beyond day-to-day unit operations. If you have successfully led clinical teams, improved processes and outcomes, used data to drive decisions, and influenced change across disciplines, this role provides an opportunity to bring those skills to system-level performance improvement and healthcare transformation. Working collaboratively with nursing, physician, operational, quality, and senior leaders, you will lead complex, system-level initiatives designed to create measurable and sustainable improvements in the way care is delivered.
Annual Compensation Range $94,577.60 - $151,361.60
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
