Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop PEGA application enhancements and issue fixes.
• Participate in solution design activities with business personnel and third parties to ensure requirements are met and architecture considerations are addressed.
• Evaluate existing architecture and recommend improvements for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Contribute to the development of organizational Pega protocols.
• Perform root cause analysis of complex issues and provide technical recommendations, including interfacing with PEGA support personnel.
• Coordinate code deployment with Senior System Architect and IT across environments.
• Coordinate Pega version upgrades with relevant teams.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in relevant roles.
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, information technology, or related field.
• Strong expertise in Pega frameworks, case management, decisioning, and integrations, with Pega version 8.x or later.
• Experience with Pega SOAP connector and service rules.
• Experience supporting highly integrated enterprise applications.
