Job summary

Nectar Social in Palo Alto is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own core product experiences end to end, from problem framing to shipped UI, collaborating daily with PMs and engineers.

You’ll design workflows for creator discovery, campaigns, social inbox and analytics, pioneer human-AI interaction, and help scale our design system with Figma components and a coded UI library. This high-autonomy role moves fast and ships weekly.

The role

We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to own core product experiences end to end, from a rough problem to shipped product. You'll join a small design team of product designers working daily with PMs and engineers.

You'll design the workflows brands use every day: creator discovery, campaigns, the social inbox, analytics, and the AI agents that help teams act on all of it. This is a high-autonomy role. You'll move fast, make calls, and help define how people and AI work together inside a product.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end product areas such as creator discovery, campaigns, inbox and analytics, from problem framing to shipped UI

• Design clear workflows for data-heavy surfaces: dashboards, filters, lists, profiles and settings

• Pioneer new interaction patterns for human-AI collaboration, including agent setup, review and hand-off

• Talk with social media managers and community teams to ground decisions in how they work

• Contribute to and help scale our design system, from Figma components to the coded UI library

• Prototype quickly, including in code or with AI tools, to test ideas before committing

• Partner closely with PMs and engineers to ship high-quality work every week

What we're looking for
