Amazon Leo is seeking a Sr. PCBA Manufacturing Test Engineer to deploy and qualify test systems at Contract Manufacturer sites for Satellite PCBAs.
You will interface between internal test teams and CM partners, document procedures, train CM personnel, and provide onsite support with strong debugging to find root causes. Responsibilities include developing test strategies, debugging, data analysis, and training programs.

As a Sr. PCBA Manufacturing Test Engineer, you will be responsible for deployment, qualification, continuous improvement of test systems, processes, and procedures at Contract Manufacturer (CM) sites for Satellite PCBAs. You will be a key member of PCBA Manufacturing team and will be the main interface between Amazon Leo internal test development teams and our manufacturing partners. You will ensure successful test deployment by documenting procedures, training Contract Manufacturer (CM) personnel, and providing ongoing onsite support. You will have excellent debugging skill with the ability to dive deep and determine the root‑cause of test failures.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
