A national law firm is seeking a Senior Paralegal in Naples, Florida. The candidate will prepare probate pleadings, manage federal estate tax returns, and assist in trust and estate administration. A Paralegal Certificate or college degree is preferred along with at least 2 years of experience. Strong communication, mathematical skills, and the ability to prioritize are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in administration of Trusts & Estates.
• Ability to prepare probate pleadings and federal estate tax returns.
• Knowledge of related software is a plus.
• Familiarity with estate tax returns and funding calculations.

They are looking for someone who can prepare probate pleadings, federal estate tax returns, trust and/or estate accountings and funding calculations. Prefer a college degree and/or paralegal certificate and at least 2 years' experience in all phases of the administration of Trusts & Estates. Will consider someone with closely related experience as well. Superior communication and mathematical skills are a must and knowledge of related software a plus.
