Job summary

Toyota Tsusho Systems US, Inc. is seeking a Senior OT Network Engineer with 10+ years of experience to join the System Solution team onsite. The role focuses on OT/industrial networks, secure network design, and collaboration with IT and plant engineering to ensure zero unplanned downtime.

The candidate will lead OT network deployments, design secure architectures, and mentor staff while supporting project cutovers and operational readiness in manufacturing settings.

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking and secure network design.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across IT and plant teams.
• Experience troubleshooting complex network issues in high-availability environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting deployments, maintenance windows, cutovers, and operational support activities.
• Ability to train and mentor support personnel and operational teams.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive tasks through completion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or plant-floor environments.
• Familiarity with OT cybersecurity concepts, IDMZ, and segmentation strategies.
• Experience with automation, controls, or industrial systems networking.
• Background supporting large-scale OT network deployments or plant modernization efforts.
• Experience working with production engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or other networking/security credentials.
• Experience developing network standards, deployment procedures, or architecture guidance for OT environments.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
