- Ensure OT cybersecurity requirements are incorporated into network solutions, including segmentation, IDMZ, and access control practices.
- Provide escalation support for network incidents and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and vendors as needed.
- Assist with network standards, implementation practices, and documentation for OT environments.
- Mentor and train local IT support teams and operational staff on OT network fundamentals and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to project planning, cutovers, maintenance activities, and operational readiness.

This onsite role serves as a key technical resource and liaison between IT and plant engineering to ensure OT network solutions are delivered securely, efficiently, and with zero unplanned downtime.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on network professional with strong OT and enterprise networking experience, proven ability to work in manufacturing environments, and a collaborative approach to supporting both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or other networking/security credentials.
Experience developing network standards, deployment procedures, or architecture guidance for OT environments
$120,000 - $135,000 per year
