Job summary

Genius Business Solutions Inc. (GBSI) is seeking a Senior Architect to lead ERP solutions focused on Oracle EBS Purchasing, Procurement Contracts, and Payables.

You will design scalable Source-to-Pay processes, strengthen controls and compliance, and guide global enterprise implementations in a hybrid work environment. You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams, develop architectural blueprints, and mentor colleagues on best practices and reusable patterns across Oracle EBS

Qualifications

• 14+ years in enterprise applications with Oracle EBS modules (Purchasing, Contracts, Payables).
• Deep expertise in configuring purchasing setups, approval workflows, and procurement operations.
• Experience designing complex Source-to-Pay processes and integrations with external systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Oracle EBS Purchasing, Contracts, and Payables architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
• Analyze Source-to-Pay processes and translate requirements into integrated Oracle EBS solutions.
• Develop solution blueprints covering configurations, data flows, integrations, and extensions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate designs.
• Review and optimize procurement/payables configurations to improve efficiency and control.
• Lead integrations between Oracle EBS and supplier portals, banking apps, and tax engines.
• Produce architecture docs, diagrams, and roadmaps; mentor team members.
