Collins Aerospace is seeking a 3rd Shift Senior Operations Supervisor to oversee overnight production, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and cost targets are met. You will guide hourly staff, foster accountability, and drive continuous improvement in a high‑paced environment.

Responsibilities include leading production teams, coordinating with cross-functional groups, and enforcing regulatory and company standards while championing Lean initiatives and staff development for overnight operations.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience supervising teams.
• Experience driving safety, quality, and productivity initiatives.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.

As a 3rd Shift Senior Operations Supervisor, you will lead and oversee production operations during the overnight shift to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are consistently achieved. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of accountability, and developing high-performing teams.

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience supervising teams.
• Experience driving safety, quality, and productivity initiatives.
• Experience in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience using ERP/ MRP Systems (i.e SAP , Solumina)
• Experience supervising production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience providing leadership, communication, and problem-solving support in operational environments.
• Experience working in aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience developing employees and building high-performing teams.
• Experience applying analytical methods and data-driven decision-making in operations.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
