What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Analyze DoD Test & Evaluation data to provide data-driven insights for decision-making
• Develop and implement data mining and analysis methods using Python or R
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify analytic requirements and improve business outcomes
• Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Operate and demonstrate analytical tools while providing technical support to end users

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Advanced degree in operations research, engineering, applied math, statistics, computer science, or information technology with 12+ years of DoD experience
• Experience using scripting languages (Python and R) for data processing and analysis
• Proven ability to generate and present reports and visualizations to customers
• Experience working with databases and querying using SQL

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• 12+ years of DoD experience, especially as a military Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA)
• Familiarity with military force structure and tactical messaging
• Experience with major DoD experimentation events and acquisition programs
• Knowledge of cybersecurity policies and DoD-specific regulations
• Experience in government/defense labs and understanding their computing restrictions
