Job Description

Independently processes high-volume outgoing money movement transactions in a fast-paced operational environment with a strong emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and consistent performance. Executes routine transaction requests with minimal supervision while ensuring seamless end-to-end processing. Collaborates with internal and external business partners to research, resolve, and communicate transaction issues in a timely manner. Maintains strict adherence to industry regulations, operational procedures, and compliance requirements, consistently delivering quality results and supporting operational excellence.

• Process high-volume outgoing money movement transactions accurately, efficiently, and within established service levels while ensuring compliance with operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize multiple systems and applications to process transactions, track activity, and take appropriate action.
• Deliver high-quality customer service through consistent performance, timely communication and issue resolution.
• Meet productivity, quality, accuracy, and performance goals in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with business partners to implement effective solutions.
• Support departmental projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational excellence efforts.
• Research, investigate, and resolve transaction-related inquiries by partnering with internal teams and business partners.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school or GED.
• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for education and experience.
• Previous operations, processing, or customer service experience.
• Ability to research and resolve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven transaction-based environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of company and industry regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.li>
• Strong attention to detail including demonstrated ability to meet accuracy standards in a high-volume processing situation.li>

Preferred Qualifications

• Product-specific or financial services industry experience.

Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $44,000-66,600/year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
