Job summary

FedEx Logistics in Escanaba, MI is seeking a Warehouse/Customer Service associate to support the AM/Preload shift. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, strong customer service, and efficient multitasking in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and at least four years of related experience; experience in dock operations is a plus. Training on company systems and office software will be provided.

• Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.
