Our client, a bank in Morristown, NJ, is hiring a new Sr. Analyst in their 2nd-line Operational Risk team, owing to growth in the bank's size. The position reports to the head of the function and is responsible for risk assessments, controls, and providing a confident, firm challenge to 1st-line business leaders.

They're targeting candidates with a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience who can work out of their Morristown office three days per week. Candidates with a risk assurance, risk advisory, or audit background from Big-4 firms are highly preferred.

The right candidate:

• Must have at minimum 4-5 years of experience in: Big-4-style risk advisory/assurance/audit AND/OR banking operational/enterprise risk management
• Must be located within commuting distance to Morristown, NJ (3 days per week is required)
