Job summary

Johnson Service Group is seeking a Senior Network Security IT Manager to lead IT operations across multiple manufacturing sites in Garden Grove, CA. The role focuses on standardizing IT processes, driving technology improvements, and aligning IT strategies with site goals.

The successful candidate will manage a distributed team, enforce security and regulatory compliance (CMMC/NIST 800-171), and deliver IT projects on time and within budget across all locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8–10 years IT management experience in multi-site manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of NIST 800-171 and CMMC frameworks for compliance.
• Proven ability to standardize IT policies, processes, and protocols across sites.
• Hands-on proficiency in network infrastructure and cybersecurity tools.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware ESXi/vSphere, Hyper-V).
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-site communication skills.
• Ability to drive IT projects on time and within budget across locations.

JSG is hiring a Senior Network Security IT Manager in Garden Grove, CA.Salary range: $140K-$160K plus bonusThe Senior IT Manager will lead and oversee the IT operations across multiple manufacturing sites. Each site has a dedicated IT Manager, who will report directly to this role. The Senior IT Manager will focus on creating and implementing standardized IT processes, driving technology improvements, and aligning IT strategies to meet the operational goals of each location. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a distributed team, enhance collaboration, and ensure uniformity and compliance in IT operations across all sites.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.Minimum of 8-10 years of IT management experience, preferably in a multi-site manufacturing or industrial environment, including direct management of site-level IT Managers.Knowledge of NIST 800-171 standards and CMMC frameworks to ensure government and contractual compliance is preferred.
