Job summary

SoHo Dragon is seeking a Senior .NET Application Developer for a New York State government agency in Albany, NY. You will work onsite from day one on an extended contract (30 months) focused on SharePoint, Power Automate, Oracle PL/SQL and CRM/Salesforce integrations.

You'll design, develop and maintain web-based applications using C#/.NET in an n-tier architecture, translating complex business requirements into robust code while handling HIPAA PHI data securely.

Qualifications

• Must have 12+ years of experience with .NET technologies.
• Must have 7+ years with Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate
• Must have 7+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL
• Must have 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Salesforce
• 7 years Experience developing web-based applications using C# and/or .NET for n-tier web deployment.
• 7 years experience developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate
• 7 years experience with Oracle: Database design, PL SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, creating tables, etc.,
• 7 years experience interpreting and analyzing business requirements and building the logic within an application's code to meet those requirements.
• 4 years experience developing and managing custom applications with platforms like Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce
• 2 years experience coding and maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain .NET web apps for n-tier deployment.
• Build solutions with SharePoint and Power Automate.
• Develop Oracle PL/SQL code: procedures, packages, indexes.
• Support Dynamics CRM or Salesforce integrations.
• Translate business requirements into software logic.
• Handle PHI data to HIPAA-compliant standards.
