SpaceXSI is building Super Intelligence to help humanity understand the universe. We are developing a full stack—from Colossus supercomputers to Grok models—driving a flywheel where compute trains models, and models power products used by millions.

The role focuses on advancing large-scale AI work, with a compensation package that includes a substantial base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits in a meritocratic environment. Palo Alto location preferred.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience writing production-quality code in Python, PyTorch, JAX, Rust, or C++
• Experience training large models (e.g., pretraining, post-training, fine-tuning, or RL training of neural networks with 1B+ parameters)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

$180,000 - $600,000 USD
