Plexus Corp. in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Leader to drive proactive planning, execution and governance of regional sourcing and logistics strategies.

The role focuses on mitigating risk, reducing lead times, and improving customer service while aligning with Plexus core values. The successful candidate will collaborate with customers, suppliers and MTMs to optimize inventory, lead times and network design, while providing strategic direction and coaching to the team in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Work directly with customers, suppliers, and Material Team Managers to identify and implement solutions that provide optimal return to Plexus while maximizing customer service levels.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Solutions and Site/Regional supply chain teams in the analysis and design of supply chain strategies, including inventory optimization, lead time reduction, buffer stock, alternate manufacturers, and dampening forecast variability.
• Provide strategy, direction, and governance in Material Team Manager (MTM) center of excellence including training and supply chain optimization dashboard.
• Provide reactive support to Sites to resolve Plexpedite constraints with urgency while continuously improving time to closure.
• Develop new strategies to minimize overall Supply Chain risk to Plexus.
• Lead and coach the team to embody Plexus Core Values, focusing on potential, succession planning, and employee development.

Our commitment to pay range transparency fosters an equitable workplace, where everyone can feel valued. The annual compensation range for this position is stated below. The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:

$129,500.00 - $194,300.00

Purpose Statement: This role is responsible for the proactive planning, execution and delegation of strategies to implement supply chain solutions that mitigate risk, increase Clean to Build, and prevent loss, and the reactive supply chain management within region that solves immediate material concerns. In addition to supply chain design, this role must represent Plexus in collaborative settings with suppliers and customers for the purpose of implementing integrated supply chain solutions while communicating closely with internal stakeholders for improved results.

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Work directly with customers, suppliers, and Material Team Managers to identify and implement solutions that provide optimal return to Plexus while maximizing customer service levels
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Solutions and Site/Regional supply chain teams in the analysis and design of supply chain strategies; including but not limited to programs that optimize inventory levels and locations, provide reduced lead time, buffer stock, addition of alternate manufacturers, dampening forecast variability
• Provide strategy, direction, and governance in Material Team Manager (MTM) center of excellence including training and supply chain optimization dashboard
• Provide reactive support to Sites to resolve Plexpedite constraints with urgency while continuously improving time to closure
• Develop new strategies to minimize overall Supply Chain risk to Plexus
• Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
