Smurfit Westrock (NYSE:SW) seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the Stevenson Mill Engineering Department, guiding safety, environmental compliance, and the delivery of capital projects. This role partners with Corporate Engineering, Procurement, Finance and Legal to meet mill objectives.
You will manage internal resources and external support, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring projects deliver safety, reliability, quality and financial results.

The Engineering Manager leads the day-to-day activities of the Stevenson Mill Engineering Department, where safety performance and environmental excellence are foundational expectations. This role is responsible for managing internal engineering resources and coordinating outside engineering support as needed to successfully deliver mill objectives.
The Engineering Manager oversees the mill capital portfolio, partnering with Corporate Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Legal on larger projects. Success in this role requires timely execution of projects, effective cost management, and accurate reporting of project results. This position reports to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager.
