Neurocrine Biosciences seeks a scientific liaison to engage key opinion leaders and healthcare decision makers, delivering credible medical presentations and supporting investigator-initiated research. You will train faculty for the speaker’s bureau and serve as a scientific resource for internal teams.

Role requires PharmD/PhD with 4+ years in the field, preferably CNS, and strong leadership, communication, and regulatory knowledge in a fast-paced biopharma environment.

• Obtain insights of KOLs to guide educational efforts.
• Compile and interpret available data to provide clinical insights for the landscape.
• Maintain high ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
• Guide and mentor less experienced colleagues; perform other duties as assigned.

About the Role:

Interacts with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare decision makers to communicate and advance the scientific platform for therapeutic areas that are aligned with the Neurocrine corporate strategy. Supports company sponsored and investigator-initiated research, delivers clinical and pharmaco-economic presentations to payers, trains faculty for the speaker’s bureau, supports scientific congresses and is a resource for medical and scientific inquires. May also represent the company at identified patient advocacy, professional society or other meetings.

Your Contributions

Train faculty on scientific content for the company’s speaker’s bureauServe as a scientific resource for KOLs and internal personnel.Obtain the insights of KOLs to help strategically guide the educational efforts of the organization in relevant therapeutic areasCompile and interpret available data (i.e. congress presentations, KOL interactions, posters) to provide clinical insights for the emerging therapeutic landscapePerform all responsibilities with the highest ethical standards, including FDA guidelines, healthcare compliance requirements/SOPs, and best practices for the pharmaceutical industryPerform other related duties as assignedGuide and mentor less experienced colleagues to provide an example of innovation and excellenceOther duties as assigned

Requirements

Compensation

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $185,200.00-$253,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
