LabCorp is seeking a Sr. Service Representative/Courier to join our team in Dublin. In this position, you will be responsible for the pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports, while providing excellent service to our clients.

Included with this position is a company vehicle for the route. Additionally, for only $100 per month, you have the option to take this vehicle home and use it for personal purposes.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 4:30pm – 12:00am; with the ability to cover 1st and 3rd shifts and weekends as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Act as a floater for the logistics team, providing coverage for various routes as needed.
2. Provide on-route training for new couriers/drivers.
3. Assist with dispatch and pickups when required.
4. Load all necessary supplies for daily pickups.
5. Complete the daily pickup schedule promptly.
6. Deliver all pickups to your branch at the end of your shift.
7. Handle specimens and lab samples safely and efficiently.
8. Operate the company vehicle safely and obey traffic laws.
9. Use handheld electronic devices to manage pickups.
10. Coordinate with dispatch for additional pickups.
11. Assess traffic, routes, and weather conditions to optimize deliveries.

Job Requirements:

This position requires full COVID-19 vaccination or valid medical/religious accommodations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years driver/courier experience required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong punctuality and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to solve customer issues.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Meet physical demands of the position.
