Who We Are Looking For
Who We Are Looking For

We're looking for a seasoned manufacturing and welding engineer who can bridge the gap between design intent and shop floor reality. You bring deep hands-on experience with welded assemblies and fabrication processes, coupled with the technical knowledge to optimize how things are made. You're equally comfortable interpreting complex engineering drawings, solving production issues, and collaborating with design teams to improve manufacturability.

This role serves as a welding domain expert for Re:Build Optimation and the broader Re:Build Manufacturing network—helping project teams navigate code requirements, select welding processes, design tooling, and build scalable production methods. You thrive on variety: qualifying weld procedures, leading design-for-manufacturability reviews, and setting up automated welding work cells.
