Kyndryl Inc. is building a Germany-based Technology Strategy capability and seeks a Sr. Managing Consultant to lead IT due diligence and end-to-end M&A engagements.

You will assess IT and operating models in transactions, derive value levers, and design carve-outs or integrations. Qualifications

Our focus is not on isolated technology topics, but on **value-driven, end-to-end transformations** – from strategic target definition through to execution across operating model, processes, and technology.In this role, you will take a key position in building our **M&A and IT due diligence capability**.
