RTX is seeking a senior professional to lead Power & Controls Supply Chain cost management, driving year‑over‑year productivity and cost reductions across key commodities. You will build robust cost models, analyze supplier economics, and partner with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to create multi‑year roadmaps.

The role requires strong cross‑functional leadership, expertise in forecasting, and supplier negotiations, with travel up to 10%. This is an onsite U.S.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 7 years’ experience.

• Background in manufacturing, engineering collaboration, or global sourcing.
• Knowledge of supply‑chain risk management and market‑intelligence practices.
• Data management skills and experience with Excel (V‑lookups, Pivot tables, etc) and Power Point
• A general understanding of Aerospace drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of export/ITC regulations and policies is preferred as well over a basic knowledge of RTX work transfer standard work (COL 0008)
• Technical degree and MBA degree
• 8+ years’ experience in a program management or cost reduction or supply chain role or Mechanicalmanufacturing in the Aerospace Industry
• Experience with SAP

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
