We’re looking for a Leader of Leaders—a Sr. Manager to lead a team of Specialist Solutions Architects who design, evangelize, and architect state-of-the-­art Analytics solutions for our customers. The successful candidate will bring deep Analytics solution expertise, strong people management and mentoring skills, and the strategic, cross-organizational communication skills needed to influence at every level. You will lead and develop the industry’s best Analytics Solutions Architects while shaping product direction and go-to-market plays. Partnering with your leadership team, you will coach the group to create and present architectures of varying size and complexity, and to master best practices for specialist solution selling and presentation. And by working closely with our service teams, you will help unlock new capabilities that enable customers to build and deploy workloads on AWS.

In this role, you will need to be technically capable and credible in your own right as well as effective in shaping the customer and solutions focused skills of your team. You must enjoy learning and introducing new technologies to help colleagues and customers embrace and adopt new solutions. Furthermore, thought leadership in terms of looking beyond the technology and considering the value technology creates for our customers and helping to change how technology is viewed are important aspects of the role. You will need to be adept at leading leaders, interacting, communicating and partnering with other teams within AWS, including services teams, field solutions architecture, sales, marketing, business development, and professional services. You will appropriately recognize, reward and represent your team to executive management. You should be passionate about helping companies/partners understand best practices for operating on AWS particularly in Data and AI technology.

• Understand the intersection of business and technology executives in selling and positioning analytics in the enterprise.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
