Position:Sr. Manager, Social Media (Teams)
Reports to:Sr. Director, Digital & Content
Location:Arlington, TX (Hybrid)
The United Football League (UFL) is the premier professional spring football league, powered by the visionary leadership and investment of Mike Repole and Impact Capital, RedBird Capital Partners, FOX, Dany Garcia, Dwayne Johnson, and ESPN. Built on innovation, accessibility, and competitive excellence, the UFL delivers a dynamic professional football experience for players, fans, and partners alike. The league currently features eight teams and is focused on building the next era of spring football, with expansion planned for 2028 and beyond.
Eight teams. Eight voices. One social force driving fandom, culture, and conversation. We’re looking for a Sr. Manager, Social Media (Teams) who’s ready to make some noise. Someone who knows that eight team accounts shouldn’t feel like eight versions of the same playbook. You’ll help shape the social strategy across UFL’s team accounts, giving each team a distinct identity, personality, and voice that fans can recognize instantly. You’ll bring the strategy, creativity, and cultural instincts to turn games, players, rivalries, behind-the-scenes moments, and everything in between into social that people actually want to follow.
This is a builder’s role—you’re not here to maintain the status quo. You’re here to create what’s next. You'll set the standard for what team social looks like at a disruptive, fan‑first football league, then get in the trenches with each team to make it happen, translating the UFL's vision into eight distinct city identities without sanding off what makes each one loud in its own way.
You’ll lead, coach, and set the bar for the team social producers across the league, while staying hands‑on enough to jump into a group chat during a game‑week crunch or ride a viral moment before it cools off. Working closely with the Sr. Director, Digital & Content, you'll drive fan engagement, audience growth, and cultural relevance for our teams with the same grit and second‑chance mentality our players bring to the field every single Saturday.
