Job summary

Fresenius Kabi is seeking a Sr Manager, Site Operational Excellence to lead the OpEx strategy for Warrendale, PA. This full-time, on-site role requires developing and executing improvement initiatives within budget and schedule.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years in improvement processes, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and strong analytical skills, with experience in medical device/pharma manufacturing in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak/read/write English in a regulated environment.

• B.S. degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Finance related field.
• 10 years of experience managing improvement processes and complex projects.
• 5 years’ experience in medical device/pharma manufacturing within a cGMP environment preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in electro-mechanical operations preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent experience.
• 3 years’ experience leading continuous improvement projects with tangible results.
• Excellent analytical and technical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, create and execute the OpEx strategy & road map for the current budget year and future years.
• Support the Warrendale leadership team to identify, prioritize and deliver OpEx improvements within timescales and budget.
• Develop and manage the delivery of Operations Excellence activities in accordance with the yearly TechOps Goals and Objectives.

Role Description

The Sr Manager, Site Operational Excellence is a full-time, on-site role based in Warrendale, PA. The position leads, creates and executes the OpEx strategy & road map for the current budget year and future years. Supports the PU Warrendale leadership team to identify, prioritize and deliver OpEx improvements within timescales and budget. Responsible for developing and managing the delivery of Operations Excellence activities in accordance with the requirements identified in the annual Fresenius Kabi MedTech TechOps Goals and Objectives.

Qualifications
