The Wonderful Company, a leader in health-focused brands, is seeking a Sr. Manager, Research & Insights to drive consumer research strategies in a hybrid West LA setting.
You will lead quantitative and qualitative studies, develop brand trackers, and synthesize insights from Circana/Nielsen data to inform business decisions. You will also manage vendors, craft concise reports, and present findings to senior executives, partnering with brands, shared services, and philanthropy.

The Sr. Manager, Research & Insights leverages data and insights to inform strategic decisions for The Wonderful Company. They are an expert in qualitative and quantitative research methods and can identify the right approach to accomplish business objectives. They also feel comfortable manipulating large, raw data sets and analyzing business performance. They are an individual contributor with a strong business acumen who demonstrates a close eye for detail without sacrificing the broader strategic picture.
They are part of the Wonderful Insights team that functions like an in-house research agency but with the benefit of having a deep understanding and connection to the businesses they support so their implications have the greatest impact. The team leverages both primary and secondary data to ensure the voice of the consumer is represented.
This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
Pay Range: $130,000 - $150,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
