Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly visible Talent Acquisition Evangelist & Sr. Manager of Product Marketing to lead thought leadership, storytelling, and product positioning efforts across our talent acquisition solutions. This role blends external evangelism, internal enablement, and product marketing team leadership to elevate our voice in the market and drive adoption of our recruiting and hiring platform.

You will serve as a key spokesperson for the company—articulating trends in talent acquisition and AI for HR, showcasing our product capabilities, and influencing how the market understands the future of hiring. In parallel, you will lead a team of product marketers responsible for creating compelling content that clearly expresses ICIMS’ differentiation and drives awareness, pipeline, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Evangelism & Thought Leadership
  • Act as a public-facing evangelist for our recruiting and hiring products, representing the company at industry events, webinars, customer forums, and analyst briefings
  • Develop and deliver compelling narratives on emerging trends in talent acquisition, including AI, automation, candidate experience, and workforce transformation
  • Partner with product, marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership teams to bring market insights into strategic conversations
  • Build credibility as a trusted voice in the talent acquisition space through speaking engagements, social presence, and published content
Product Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Own positioning and messaging for core product areas, including:
    • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
    • Employer Branding
    • Recruitment Marketing Automation
    • Frontline Hiring
    • Career Sites
    • Candidate Engagement
    • AI for Talent Acquisition
  • Translate product capabilities and roadmap into clear, differentiated value propositions for prospects and customers
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and enhancements
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and impact
Product Roadmap Storytelling
  • Partner with Product Management to understand and influence the roadmap
  • Develop clear, forward-looking narratives that communicate innovation and strategic direction
  • Equip internal teams with messaging and materials to confidently speak about current and future capabilities
  • Ensure consistency between vision, roadmap communication, and market positioning
  • Serve as an internal and external spokesperson on our current offerings and future roadmap
Team Leadership & Content Development
  • Lead and manage a team of three product marketers
  • Set priorities and ensure delivery of high-quality content across formats, including:
    • Sales enablement materials
    • Customer-facing assets
    • Thought leadership content
    • Product collateral and campaigns
  • Drive a content strategy that supports pipeline generation, customer adoption, and retention
  • Establish best practices for messaging, storytelling, and content performance
  • Enable revenue teams with messaging and tools to win in the market
  • Partner with demand generation to align campaigns with product positioning and thought leadership themes
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, talent acquisition technology, or related fields
  • Proven experience as a public speaker, evangelist, or thought leader
  • Strong understanding of the talent acquisition ecosystem, including recruiting workflows and technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling, customer-centric messaging
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Track record of building market presence through content, events, and digital channels
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel regularly for speaking engagements, up to 30%
Preferred
  • Hands‑on experience using the iCIMS platform in a professional setting
  • Direct experience working as a Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or HR professional, with deep familiarity in recruiting workflows and challenges
  • Experience in SaaS, HR tech, or recruiting technology platforms
  • Familiarity with AI and automation in talent acquisition
