Job summary

Mars, Incorporated is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A for the Better For You Accelerator, a growth engine for brands like KIND, RXBAR, Nutri-Grain, Special K Bars, and Pure Organic. Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan and budgeting process, from methodology through stakeholder implementation, proposal review, and financial statement integration.
• Own the management reporting process end-to-end, including close timelines, close meetings, and reporting deliverables.
• Analyze KPIs and develop performance commentary, delivering insight-driven recommendations and presentations for Accelerator and Better For You leadership teams.
• Partner cross-functionally to forecast the balance-of-year P&L, NCFO, and Latest Estimates, consolidating risks and opportunities.
• Support long-range financial planning and evaluate large-scale strategic initiatives that shape the future of the business.
• Drive reporting simplification, process automation, and adoption of AI and advanced analytics tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

• Experience supporting large-scale businesses and complex P&Ls.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems, with SAP experience preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, automation tools, AI-enabled solutions, or advanced analytics.
• Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or food manufacturing experience.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
