In this vital role, you will provide leadership for Facilities & Engineering operations supporting Amgen Ohio (AOH), a state-of-the-art final drug product manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for the safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient operation of site utility, facility, and infrastructure systems that support commercial manufacturing operations.
Reporting to the Director of Facilities & Engineering, the Senior Manager will lead a team of engineers and technical professionals responsible for utility systems, sustainability initiatives, asset lifecycle management, and engineering support activities. The role will work closely with Reliability Engineering, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Quality, EHS, and Capital Projects to ensure site operational readiness and long-term asset performance.
The Senior Manager will be a key leader in driving reliability, operational excellence, sustainability, inspection readiness, and continuous improvement across the AOH campus.

Doctorate degree and 2 years of Engineering experience
OR
Master's degree and 6 years of Engineering experience
OR
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of Engineering experience
OR
Associate's degree and 10 years of Engineering experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Engineering experience
In addition to meeting at least one of the above requirements, you must have a minimum of 2 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources. Your managerial experience may run concurrently with the required technical experience referenced above

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
