This leader ensures teams have the strategy, structure, talent, standards, and execution discipline needed to deliver secure, scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
Sr. Managers are expected to be strong people and execution leaders with enough technical depth to guide major decisions, resolve complex risks, improve engineering practices, and support modernization efforts. This role partners across Product, Architecture, Security, Platform, Infrastructure, business, vendor, and senior leadership teams to align priorities, remove obstacles, and drive outcomes that support Stellarus' mission and evolving technology strategy.
