A leading healthcare provider seeks a Clinical Services Manager to ensure clinic safety and readiness, support clinical staff through coaching, and enhance clinical outcomes across facilities. The primary purpose of the Clinical Services Manager role is to support clinics by ensuring safety readiness through immediate response to adverse events and regulatory surveys; upskilling clinic teams via targeted coaching on clinical competencies; and providing expert oversight for clinical outcomes by addressing performance outliers. This involves conducting internal audits, facilitating quality improvement initiatives, coaching staff on best practices, removing barriers to performance goals, and collaborating with leadership to drive accountability across facilities.
