What is the role?

The Senior Manager, Client Services is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic account management function within Roku's advertising organization. This role is central to maintaining and expanding client relationships, ensuring the delivery of effective advertising solutions, and driving the overall growth of client partnerships. The Senior Manager will lead a team focused on executing high-volume, high-impact direct and programmatic campaigns, with an emphasis on cultivating strong relationships with performance-minded Media and Entertainment partners. This individual will be responsible for driving incremental revenue, upselling opportunities, and revenue retention across their team's portfolio. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, efficient resource allocation, and alignment with client objectives. The Senior Manager will also implement performance metrics and reporting systems to monitor and continuously improve team and client outcomes.

For New York Only - The estimated annual total cash for this position is between $171,500 - $209,700. This cash range includes on-target earnings from commission.Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.
