The Trade Desk is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Intelligence to lead a team of BI Analysts and enable data‑driven decisions across internal stakeholders. You will design analytics models, reports, and dashboards, guiding strategic decisions with predictive analytics and cross‑functional partnerships.
You will mentor teams, partner with leaders, and ensure analytical rigor while building scalable data assets to support growth and operational excellence.

The Senior Manager, Business Intelligence is a key contributor and subject matter expert on the Business Intelligence team enabling Business Teams to make data-driven decisions. This role will lead a team of Business Intelligence Analysts who will work cross-functionally to understand evolving business needs and requirements. You will be responsible for designing and developing analytics models, reports and presentations to guide the strategic decision‑making of internal stakeholders. You will also use advanced and predictive analytics techniques to guide business decisions and proactively identify opportunities and threats.

In accordance with various US state laws, the range provided is the Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non‑discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock‑based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers a competitive benefits package.
Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $137,300—$251,800 USD.
