Job summary

WS Audiology USA is seeking a senior analytics leader to shape and execute a multi-year analytics strategy across the enterprise. You will act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, driving insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.

You will lead KPI governance, cross-functional initiatives, and a scalable analytics function, including talent development and adoption of AI-enabled BI technologies.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of progressive analytics, BI, strategy, finance, or leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Finance, Engineering, or related analytical discipline. Power BI, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the multi-year enterprise analytics, reporting, and BI strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Serve as strategic advisor to executives with actionable insights and forecasts.
• Lead enterprise performance management: KPI governance, scorecards, forecasting, and improvements.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives on revenue growth, clinic metrics, pricing, and portfolio performance.
• Oversee data governance, BI platforms, and analytical standards for data integrity and scalability.
• Build and lead a high-performing analytics organization and develop talent.
• Champion innovation with advanced analytics, AI insights, automation, and modern BI technologies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute the multi-year enterprise analytics, reporting, and business intelligence strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.

• Serve as strategic advisor to executive leadership by providing actionable insights, predictive analyses, performance forecasts, and business recommendations.

• Lead enterprise performance management processes including KPI governance, scorecards, benchmarking, forecasting, and identification of performance improvement opportunities.

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives focused on revenue growth, patient acquisition, conversion optimization, clinic productivity, retention, pricing, and portfolio performance.

• Oversee enterprise data governance, reporting architecture, business intelligence platforms, and analytical standards to ensure data integrity and scalability.

• Build and lead a high-performing analytics organization, including capability development, talent planning, coaching, succession planning, and organizational design.

• Champion innovation through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, AI-enabled insights, automation, and emerging business intelligence technologies.

10-15+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy, finance, consulting, or business insights leadership
