Stratacuity: Proven Scientific Placement seeks a Sr Manager/ Associate Director to shape strategy, execution, and operational excellence for commercial meetings, congresses, speaker programs, and HCP engagement initiatives.

You will lead end-to-end planning, build scalable processes, manage vendors and budgets, and partner with Commercial, Marketing, Training, Medical Affairs, Compliance, and external stakeholders to deliver measurable post-event insights and compliant programs.

Formación

• 7+ years in biotech, pharma, or life sciences.
• 3+ years managing commercial events, congresses, or HCP engagements.
• Experience supporting pre-launch or launch-stage organizations preferred.
• Strong expertise in event management platforms (CVENT preferred).
• Proven success managing budgets, cross-functional initiatives, and vendors.

Responsabilidades

Sr Manager/Associate Director, Commercial Events & Engagement

Our growing biotech client is looking for a Sr Manager or Associate Director to join their team and help shape the strategy, execution, and operational excellence behind commercial meetings, congresses, speaker programs, and HCP engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of sales meetings, launch events, speaker programs, and congresses
• Build scalable processes, SOPs, and planning frameworks for commercial events and HCP engagement
• Manage vendors, budgets, logistics, and event operations
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Training, Medical Affairs, Compliance, and external stakeholders
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and post-event insights to optimize performance
• Ensure compliance with Sunshine Act and industry regulations

Qualifications

• 7+ years of biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences experience
• 3+ years managing commercial events, congresses, speaker programs, or HCP engagements
• Experience supporting pre-launch or launch-stage organizations preferred
• Strong expertise in event management platforms (CVENT preferred)
• Proven success managing complex cross-functional initiatives, budgets, and external vendors
• Bachelor's degree required; CMP certification preferred
• Ability to travel up to 40%
