Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO AG is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician in Columbus, OH to maintain equipment, facilities, and grounds. You will perform preventive maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs, while coordinating with vendors and documenting work in CMMS.

Responsibilities include improving reliability, managing parts, and supporting electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and forklift maintenance. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience as a maintenance technician or related role.
• Experience with forklifts, preferably with a certification.
• Ability to be adaptable, problem-solve, and troubleshoot.
• Comfortability to work as a self-starter, both independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all equipment, as well as the facility and grounds.
• Perform preventive maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repairs on facility equipment and systems.
• Complete scheduled maintenance tasks and help improve equipment reliability.
• Support electrical, mechanical, building, HVAC, and forklift maintenance needs.
• Use CMMS to document work activities and manage maintenance records.
• Maintain parts inventory and source supplies as needed.
• Operate machine shop tools and perform general facility maintenance.

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As our Sr. Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance of all equipment, as well as the facility and grounds. This includes equipment installation, preventative maintenance, improvement initiatives, troubleshooting, working with vendors and suppliers, specifying parts, and maintaining accurate data. Additional responsibilities will include:

What You Need to Succeed
