Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and implement ML models and algorithms that address complex business problems. You’ll work with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to enhance services through AI/ML solutions.

You will build scalable ML pipelines, ensure data quality, and deploy models into production to drive insights and improve customer experiences, in a balanced hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combo.

Recent Graduate Position Information and Requirements:

This is a Recent Graduate Full-Time position.

Must have graduated within the past 12 months, or will be graduating by Spring 2027, with a PhD degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited college or university.

The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:

San Jose, California | ($159,500 - 176,150 Annually)

Austin, Texas | ($145,000 - 160,150 Annually)

Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
