FedEx Group is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support linehaul operations in Pittsburgh. You will handle contractor tractor approvals, registrations, and toll-card management while coordinating with field teams and HQ departments.
The role requires at least five years of office experience, strong Excel/Office skills, and the ability to manage complex data and reports. This is a hybrid Pittsburgh position with in-office four days per week.
Performs linehaul-related administrative support to FedEx field operations, other FedEx Operational Companies (OpCo’s),Headquarters Departments, outside vendors, and government agencies.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.
Five (5) years' experience required in office administration, clerical, or related area.
Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications.
Verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information.
Time management and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects, appropriately prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals, and respond to day-to-day functional needs.
Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions.
Ability to develop effective methods for proofing and quality review to ensure all aspects of work are completed correctly.
Ability to mentor, coach, and act as a knowledge resource to other employees.
Knowledge of concepts, practices, policies and procedures related to FedEx operations.
Minimal travel required.
