MG Properties is seeking a Sr. Leasing Consultant to support multiple North County properties, with Rylan in Vista as the main location. You will deliver exceptional customer service while applying professional sales and leasing techniques to maintain high occupancy.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to coordinate with maintenance and administrative teams. This is a hands-on position with growth prospects within MG Properties.

Qualifications

• 1 year of property management experience preferred.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Meets and greets prospective residents, in a timely and friendly manner.
• Qualifies applicants for apartments in a thorough and timely manner.
• Coordinates with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move-ins for new residents.
• Maintains thorough and up-to-date rental files. Accurately enters rental data into the computer.
• Prepares leases for and oversees the signing of leases by new residents.
• Assists in completion of monthly administrative tasks and ensures property's paperwork is organized and complete.
• Interacts with residents in a professional manner to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely payment of rents.

We are seeking a Sr. Leasing Consultant to float among our beautiful properties in North County. With the main location being our Rylan apartments in Vista, CA!

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents, while utilizing professional sales and marketing techniques, and solid customer service skills to maintain high occupancy at the apartment property.

Additional Responsibilities

• $24-$25/hour
