  • Support Greenhouse and exploratory initiatives by contributing design concepts, visual assets, and opportunity platforms that help move ideas through exploration, incubation, and potential commercialization.
  • Leverage AI-enabled design tools, visualization technologies, and emerging creative methods to accelerate concept generation, design iteration, and creative exploration.
  • Help build Design Exploration as a strategic capability within Product Creation by sharing insights, fostering curiosity and experimentation, and expanding adoption of future-focused design methodologies.

  • Ability to translate consumer, cultural, and business insights into compelling design opportunities and tangible product possibilities.
  • Experience using AI-enabled design tools, visualization platforms, and emerging creative technologies to support design exploration and iteration.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and influence skills, with the ability to build alignment across cross-functional partners and teams with shared or competing priorities.
  • Ability to balance future-focused exploration with consumer relevance, athlete credibility, and commercial opportunity.
  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore, MD (HQ) office.
