Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a Sr. Lead Software Engineer-Full Stack to shape the Agile Enablement Tools platform. You will write scalable Java and React code, participate in design, reviews, and delivery of API-driven capabilities that connect products, teams, and leadership.

You will mentor engineers, drive technical direction, and partner with Product Managers to deliver reliable, secure software within an enterprise-scale agile environment.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineer concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Proven expertise in Java and React building scalable applications.
• Proven experience serving as Tech Lead or senior engineer driving technical direction.
• Experience with AWS and Terraform.
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced in one or more programming language(s).
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods.
• Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
• Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.).
• Practical cloud native experience.
