Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Sr. Lead, Corporate Quality to drive the quality strategy across North America Ventures, manufacturing and packaging partners. You will lead QA initiatives, partner with supply chain, and ensure product safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects with a focus on consumer safety and quality excellence.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Food Science, Engineering, Microbiology, Chemistry, or other related Sciences.
• Minimum 3+ years related experience (Quality, Supply Chain, Food Safety &/or R&D).
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English; travel 30–40% may be required.
